• Login account (1 account /1 exhibitor) will be issued for “Contact person” registered on

“Company Name & Contact Information" form” of “Exhibitors Website”.

• “Exhibitors Website” and "Exhibitors & Exhibits Database registration form“ are not

connected. Therefore…

- Please modify both Websites if any changes of your basic information

(ex. Company name, Contact Information).

- Login info. (Username & Password) is different from

“Exhibitors Website” ’s ID and Password.

- icon of “Exhibitors Website” will not be “complete” status.

Please access registration form to check the progress.

FAQ …

• The page has been logged out while I was entering description. What should I do?

- Click “login” of error message and re-login.

After re-login, you can back to the page which you

were editing and register the form.

*The page will be logged out if you leave the page untouched for 5 minutes.

So please save data frequently.

• What should I do if my e-mail address (contact person) changes?

- Please contact Show Management.

The username for login for the registration on website should be also changed.

• I forgot my account information.

- Username is e-mail address of contact person registered on “Exhibitors Website”.

- Password can be reset. Click “パスワードをお忘れの方”(Forgot Password).

and receive the e-mail to reset it. *For more information, please read next page.
