On the basis of more than 9,000 sold blast machines for many different blast tasks of our customers you can optimally use our experiences for your blast purposes. Each blast machine is manufactured in close cooperation with our customers. Clarifying the following questions is an important component developing also for you the perfectly fitting solution for the effective treatment of your workpiece surfaces.
Do I want to work automatically or manually? Accurately reproducible blast processes need auto-matic blast machines for the exact monitoring and documentation of the process parameters. For the workshops manual blast cabinets often are enough.
Do I have much time or little for the blast application? For the same applications there are most different blasting procedures and blast systems. Time is there-by a crucial factor. It is valid the formula, less time requires more power.
how many parts do I have for blasting? The partial throughput is a crucial factor in the selec tion of the blast system type. Working on indi-vidual parts and small series can be operated well with manual blast cabinets. Mass production and mass products require automated solutions.
how do I want to load the machine? how do I position my workpieces? For the partial handling and the accurate positioning of workpieces we offer most modern equipment. our tunnel blast machines can be easily integrated into your production lines. the cycle times are freely variable according to your workpiece capacities and production cycles. By selection of the suitable conveyors, role courses or overhead conveyors all workpieces go through the blast machine successively. With AUER turntable machines you can work on the most diff erent tools, forms and construction units in a simple and eff ective way. Besides also the batch processing of workpieces with diff erent weights and sizes is easily feasible. The parts lying on the turntable are led continuously recurring by the blast range and received such an even blast pattern. additionally forms can be purposefully partially blasted fully automatic with a three-dimensional displaceable nozzle movement.
