TRIMACO, LLCTrimaco, LLC was created in March, 2003 when the following three companies merged operations:

D. C. May Corporation, Durham, NC A major paint sundry manufacturer. Founded in 1906, D.C. May was the largest paint contractor operation in the southeastern U.S. before it began making its own dropcloths and sundries. Charter member of the Carolinas PDCA.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Information: Please order in full case quantities using the item number. Most products have the UPC code beginning 0-47034. We have, however, kept some products in their existing packaging, and those UPC codes will begin with 0-95561.

Prepaid Freight: All poducts can be combined to meet the prepaid freight minimum of $1000. On orders that do not meet the prepaid minimum, freight charges will be prepaid and invoiced to customer.

Terms: Terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice. All orders are subject to credit approval.

Product Liability: All products are covered by Product Liability Insurance. Information available upon request.

Return Goods: Authorization is required for return shipments. Return shipments must be freight paid and a 15% re-stocking charge will apply. Please return to location indicated on packing slip.

Claims: Claims resulting from loss, shortage, or damage in transit must be filed in writing with the carrier in accordance with ICC regulations. Claims are not allowed to be deducted from remittance. We will only accept deductions when a customer has verified and written the exact count by product, on the original Bill of Lading and Packing List. This information provides us with the necessary documentation to collect our loss from the Freight Company. Failure to count the incoming product and note quantity on the Freight Company’s documents results in an unauthorized deduction. You are responsible for all product you sign for as received.
