Electric wire rope hoists «VERTA» are an innovative development of “Uralkran”, which incorporates both classic and contemporary solutions.

Through optimization of structure (location of three-step or four-step planetary reduction gear inside the cylinder) electric hoists “VErTa” became more compact, quiet, with low level of vibration of electric motor, and they may be used as a weight lifting mechanism of a crane or as an independent hoisting equipment.

assemble the electric hoists from module interchangeable components, perform movement of electric hoists on both straight and curved rails;

install electric telpher on a single-rail or double-rail trolley with electric driving motor;

use different speeds of movement and lifting with a possibility of gentle start;

install radio control;

implement any engineering solutions into the project with consideration for the customer’s wishes.

Structural features of “VERTA” electric hoists allow to:

Structure of suspension mechanism allows to increase the distance between the traveling wheels, allowing the operation of suspended hoist on a beam with a width up to 420 mm.

Suspendedsingle-rail trolley, ensuring movement along the beam, has improved knuckle joint, thanks to which steering radius on a curved track reaches 2.5m.

Electric hoists may be equipped with a micro-uplift, implemented by means of use of double-speed motors or a frequency shifter.

In-house produced cylinders of different diameters expand the opportunities of use of weight lifting mechanisms with significant rising height, but with relatively small dimensions. at the customer’s wish, electric hoists may be equipped with controlling units: suspended or radio.

Electric equipment of hoists of new generation is produced in accordance with global standards. Manufactured products are supplied with full package of technical documentation and gOST r certificates for the product components.
