ADMIXTURES

These are ingredients other than cement, water and

aggregates that are added to concrete mixture

immediately before or during mixing of concrete to give

the concrete special properties and improve its quality.

Admixtures are added to concrete to modify one or more

properties of concrete, mortar or paste either in the fresh

or hardened state.

JK-1 POLYCARBOXYLIC ACID HIGH PERFORMANCE WATER REDUCER

(Standard: JG/T223—2007 | GB8076—2008)

JK-1 Polycarboxylic Acid high performance water reducer is the latest research achievement of Hua Longte

Construction Materials Co., Ltd. Typically this product allows concrete to be mixed with less water. The High

Performance Water Reducer increases slump of freshly-mixed mortar or concrete without increasing water content or it

maintains slump with a reduced amount of water, the effect being due to factors other than air entrainment. This High

Performance Water Reducer also helps to improve dispersion, mix lubrication and performance in concrete and mortar.

Benefits of using JK-1 Polycarboxylic Acid High Performance Water Reducers are:

JK-2 NAPHTHALENE HIGH PERFORMANCE WATER REDUCER

JK-2 Naphthalene High Performance Water Reducer has a powerful cement dispersion effect and is used in

making flow state concrete, cast-in-place concrete and prefabricate that need early concrete strengthening

and also high strength. It is able to improve concrete quality and can be used with different types of cement.

Benefits of using JK-2 Naphthalene High Performance Water Reducers are:

Ÿ Saves 15-20% of cement compared to normal concrete mixtures, whilst keeping the same intensity and

Ÿ slump.

Ÿ Can be used with different types of cement, i.e silicate cement, slag cement and pozzolana cement

Ÿ Adaptable for use in high strength concrete, flowing concrete, early strength concrete, precast steam

Ÿ curing concrete, prestressed concrete etc.

Ÿ The product can be used as master batch to compose other materials for combining of different

Ÿ characteris�c admixtures, (such as early strength water-reducing admixture)

Ÿ This product has clear early strength and reinforced effect, concrete’s strength will improve 60-130% for 3

Ÿ days, improve 40-60% for 7 days, improve 20-40% for 28 days, and the strength will be increased for a long

Ÿ period.

Ÿ The water-reducing rate is 12-28%.

JK–11 AND JK–12 SERIES ACCELERATORS

Our accelera�ng admixtures are used in concrete, mortar, rendering or screeds. They are used to:

Ÿ Increase/accelerate the rate of hydra�on (se�ng ) or

Ÿ Increase the rate of hardening and early strength gain

These allow for earlier se�ng so that curing can start earlier than in normal concrete work. They allow for

early formwork removal and demoulding.

JK 11 Accelerator promotes good dispersibility, fast se�ng and hardening in cement, it has strong adhesive–

proper�es and good an�-permeability. This product is non-toxic, with no chloride, and non-burning .

Jk–12 Accelerator is alkali and chlorine-free accelerator , it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic .

Compared to JK 11 Accelerator, it is has less pollu�on, good workability, and a lower rebound rate. It has no–

harm to health. It has no corrosive effects on concrete reinforcement .

Applica�ons:

JK 11 and JK 12 Series accelerators are used in mines, roads, railways, tunnels and related– –

urban construc�on, na�onal defense and water conservancy projects. They are also used in emergency

construc�on work like leakage stoppage and reinforcement.
