The ClientPaperflow is a fast-growing start-up headquartered inDenmark. The company developed an invoice data scan andcapture system that digitizes documents with 100%accuracy, regardless of format. The solution enables cost-effective information retrieval and workflow digitization forbookkeepers and accounting professionals across Denmarkand the rest of Europe.

In order to ensure their data is 100% correct, Paperflow needa team of data entry operatives to manually check for errors,enabling their AI software to learn and improve further.

The Challenge – Scalability and Improving SLA ResponseTimes for CustomersThe challenge Paperflow faced was being able to quicklyrecruit data entry specialists. They had tried using traditionaloffshore outsourcing in Bangladesh but faced issues relatingto the time zone difference, internet connectivity and variableresponse times.

As a fast-growing start up, scalability of the operation was amajor requirement for them. Dan Rose, CEO of Paperflow,explains “We needed an outsourcing solution that was veryscalable and allowed us to add a lot of people on quickly.
