1 DECLARTION OF ROGER H. GRANBO23 I, Roger H. Granbo, declare as follows:4 1. I am an attorney duly admitted to practice before this Court. I am an5 Assistant County Counsel in the office of the Los Angeles County Counsel,6 attorneys of record for the County of Los Angeles. I have personal knowledge of7 the facts set forth herein, except as to those stated on information and belief and, as8 to those, I am informed and believe them to be true. If called as a witness, I could9 and would competently testify to the matters stated herein. This declaration is made

10 in support of the submission of the Modified Action and Detailed Plan ("Modified11 Plan") required by this Court's order of December 20,2011, in the matter entitled12 Casey A., et aI. v. Jon R. Gundr, et aI., U.S.D.C. Case No. 10-00192 GHK13 (FMOx).14 2. Steve Gores, the Probation Department's employee in charge of15 compliance, discussed with the TCA team the Modified Plan that he proposed. The16 Modified Plan, which included suggestions from the TCA team, was finalized and17 approved. The Modified Plan is attached as Exhibit A.18 3.
