Nationwide Winter ServicesWe provide our winter services on a national

proactive basis from Bournemouth to the Highlands

of Scotland, directly from our depots across the

UK and using a network of partner contractors.

our teams will be mindful of protecting the

landscaping that may not be seen in the winter

months.

When the Snow Clears

GP Plantscape can assist in advising on cleaning

up snow and salt debris and any remedial works

to either the soft or hard landscaped areas.

Salt SuppliesAt GP Plantscape we use high quality white rock salt whichis extremely effective with minimal residue. Red salt is alsoused to mix with rock salt in extreme snow conditions as thishas benefits due to its abrasive qualities. Extensive stocks ofsalt are held at our depots and GP salt stores throughout thecountry.

Met Office ReportsWe receive daily reports from the Met Office based on road

temperatures for all regions. This allows us to provide a proactive service and reports can be made available to ourcustomers.

Minimum Temperature ThresholdAs part of our service we agree with each client the minimumtemperature threshold where they require our services. Iftemperatures reach the agreed level the team will attend siteto check conditions and apply salt where necessary.

24 Hour ContactWe issue our clients an out of hours dedicated contact numberduring the season.

Health and SafetyAll operatives are fully trained in using all equipment and fullPPE is provided. GP Plantscape is accredited by the NationalBritannia Safe Contractor Scheme.

Transport can also be arranged to disposeof snow off site.
