Must have completed 12 hours or more at UCA and be a legal Arkansas resident or the child/grandchild of a former UCA student who has received a degree or has completed a minimum of 60 hours at UCA. Preference given to students who do not qualify or receive any academic scholarships and those who do not qualify for need-based grants. Selection based on financial need and academic performance.

AFRICAN AMERICAN SCHOL ARSHIP

For full-time African-American students who are entering freshmen with an ACT of 21 or above and a high school GPA of 2.75 or above. First preference shall be given to recent high school graduates who are residents of Ashley, Drew, Union, Desha, Phillips, Chicot, St. Francis or Jefferson County (Arkansas). Second preference shall be given to students who are residents of Arkansas. Selection based on academic

For full-time students who have served in any branch of the U. S. military with a GPA of 2.5 or above. Students must be seeking a de-gree, be in good academic standing and have completed a minimum of one semester at UCA. Selection based on submitted essay and consideration may be given to financial need.
