Compostiera

The biggest task was to build a new compostiera out of pallets.

It was not only for the school but for the whole community around the school area.

We also needed to build benches out of pallets.

Each class got their own bed for herbs and cultivated plants, soil will be delivered later on.

Crisis Center Domov Dúha Who did we visit: Organization sheltering mothers and children in difficult situations such as abuse and neglect, helping them to get back to normal life. How did we help: We painted the hallway, cleaned wall & ceiling lighting and sorted books in the library. Home for Retired Rača Who did we visit: Home for retired people, providing health care, social integration and physical activities. How did we help: We weeded the garden, cleaned the fence and planted lilacs. One of the biggest cat shelter in Middle Bohemia

Fully funded from private source

This shelter is unique because they don’t use any

cages but let cats move free in special rooms and teach them how to live in the household
