In the 1950s, the space was originally the site of the boiler and service room of Vancouver’s largest Wool Mill. Resurrected in the summer of 2014, Bon Accords’ 3 spaces are all available for hosting a variety of events.

DETAILS: The Studio is our blank canvas: white walls, polished concrete flooring, windows providing natural light, over-height exposed wood ceilings, a cooper industrial chandelier centering the room, and two entrances; doorway off street and garage door opening on to courtyard. The perfect space for a photo-shoots, a cocktail reception, a small dinner party or a workshop.

The CourtyardDETAILS: This is our hidden gem, The Courtyard is surrounded on each side by a uniquely beautiful backdrop. Whether it be corragated steel, aged wood slats and white brick, it has it all. Not to mention the string lights and ivy adding to the cozy vibe. The perfect spot for your summer gathering!

The WoodshopDETAILS: This is where the magic happens, all Union Wood Co. furniture is made in this space. With the smell of sawdust in the air and a unique environment of wood and tools, you can transform this space into a stunning setting for your dinner, wedding or dance party. All you need is a bit of imagination.

The DetailsEXTRASWith the rental of any of the three Bon Accord space the renter have access to our fully equipped kitchen, this includes an oven with 4 burner cooktop, a refridgerator, a microwave, a dishwasher and a sink, along with space for food prep. The kitchen is tucked away upstairs, allowing for seamless catering service. Renter have use of two individual bathrooms are located on main floor of The Woodshop.

DEPOSIT STRUCTURERenter must provide a credit card to be kept on file for a damage deposit of $750. The damage deposit will only be processed in case of damage/stolen property. A 50% deposit of total rental rate is required to hold the date, and the final 50% is due 30 days prior to the event date.

CANCELLATIONSThere are no refunds on date-hold deposit or final payment with cancellation.

SPECIAL EVENT INSURANCEThe renter is responsible for obtaining Special Event and Host Liquor Liability Insurance at their cost.

SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENSEIf alcohol is being served, the renter is responsible for obtaining a Special Event Liquor License at their cost.

CLEANERS The renter is responsible for returning the space in the same condition as received.

ACCESS TIME + EXIT TIMEWeeknight access time is 5:30pm as we are a working woodshop during the week. On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays access time is 10am day of the event.

PROP RENTALSTo see our full inventory of prop rentals please visit our website at www.bonaccordvancouver.com. When renting any of the Bon Accord spaces, renters receive 30% discount on posted prop pricing.

EVENT COORDINATIONWe offer event coordination at a cost of $65/hour.

CATERINGWe do not have a preferred caterers list but we are more than happy to send you a list of some of our favorites.

MUSIC/NOISEWe require loud music to end at 11PM on weeknights and 1AM on weekends. Our space is equiped with a Sonos sound system in The Woodshop and The Studio. If you are wanting to have a dance party we recommend additional sounds equipment.

PRICINGAll pricing contain herein is epproximate and will be negotiated on an event by event basis.
