SUBMITTING A PAPER You must log in to submit a paper The process has five steps

1. Start2. Enter metadata3. Upload submission4. Upload supplementary files5. Confirmation

REVIEWING A PAPER If you are asked to review a paper, you

should log in, select your role (as Reviewer), and click on Active reviews.
