Founded by Ajay Sukla who is a B tech degree holder

in Mechanical Engineering.

It is the manufacturer and supplier of all types of gasstove, pressure cooker.

Within a less span of time it has become a leadingmanufacturer and supplier of gas stove in Ghaziabadcircle.

Our objective was to find out steps involved in

manufacturing process of Gas stoves.

Also, the other objective was to gain knowledge

about the practical implementation of theory that we

learn in the Operation management paper.

USE OF TQM

At every stage of production the company follows

the principle of TQM.

As customer safety is the most crucial part in thisbusiness , each process is checked 3 times by the

two quality controllers.

Heating value of gas.

Pilot energy Rate.

The company always use the just in time approach.

Whenever the company gets an order from vendorsor customer it purchase the raw material.

Very less amount of raw material is stocked ininventory as the capacity is less.

Also, when the products are manufactured,immediately they are transported to its destination .

FINDINGS

The company is actually following the TQM and JITprocess.

Strong network connection with the suppliers and

customers.

It has a very good factory layout where at every level,workers safety is given high importance.

The machineries are advanced and well maintained forsmooth production and it has less maintenance cost .

The workers are well trained and as a result it has very

less ravage.

SUGGESTIONS

What we would like to suggest is that the company

need to consider the motion study of its workers.

We found that sometimes the processing timeincrease from the set standard time just because the

movement is not well organized.

They should employ more skilled workers.
