Sole proprietorshipAdalah sebuah bisnis yang kepemilikannya
dimiliki oleh satu orang, dimana
profititabilitasnya dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh
founder dari bisnis tersebut.
Partnershipsadalah badan usaha/bisnis yang dimiliki oleh dua orang atau
lebih sebagai persekutuan (partnership) yang secara bersama-sama bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis.
Perlu diingat bahwa tipe bisnis ini memanage tanggung jawab perusahaan (finansial, legal, etc) ke setiap owener dari
bisnis tersebut.
Limited Partnershipadalah versi lain dari tipe partnership .Tipe bisnis ini terdiri
dari dua macam kepemilikan: general partner, yang bertanggung jawab atas jalannya usaha tersebut, dan limited
partner, yang merupakan investor dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas hutang, serta tidak terlibat dalam me-manage
bisnis tersebut.
Corporationadalah sebuah tipe bisnis yang terbentuk dari beberapa
shareholders yang memberikan/meminjamkan saham untuk memulai suatu bisnis yang baru. Salah satu kerugian dari perusahaan adalah profitabilitas perusahaan yang akan
dikenaidouble taxation, yaitu corporate tax dan tax individu sebagai shareholders
Limited Liability Companiesadalah salah satu tipe bisnis yang menggabungkan dua
struktur perusahaan, yaitu partnership dan corporation. Dalam LLC pemilik saham dianggap sebagai anggota, dan ada
beberapa anggota yang akan me manage daily business. Perbedaan antara LLC dan coporation terletak pada taxation,
karena taxation pada LLC sama dengan partnership sedangkan corporation adalah double taxation.

David Court, McKinsey Director argues that regardless of whether or not you are a data based company, all businesses can leverage data and analytics to make
stronger data-supported predictions and optimize performance by obtaining a broader view of
operations. It is important organizations ensure data doesn’t become siloed, so they can fully optimize
and take advantage of advanced analytics. Information may not be valuable for long so it’s
important businesses exploit it and get utility out of it, to strengthen their competitive position.

To Sum up….
The key to our success in dealing with change -- at an individual and at an
organizational level -- lies in our willingness to accept change and to respond at
lightning speed to the demands placed by our environment with empathy for all those
who are involved. It is normal to want to resist change: to try bargaining and
negotiating things back to the way they were; and to feel frustrated when the
change inevitably continues.
To survive in a globalized society and in a universe that is constantly changing, we
need to see change for what it is the natural order of things!
We need to recognize this and to master the techniques to become part of that natural
order so that the organization survives and thrives in the storm of change.
