What I learnt in my

shopping walk around.

- I got bothered because of marks on that old floor. - Stairs around. - Low ceilings, homogeneus lights, low music. - Crowded shelves.- Personnel attention (are there right away you enter the store)

Everything drives me to think they are only interested in saddling anything to whoever enters. Nothings seems to be planned but saddling.

- Every part of the store is decorated according with the products.

- Products are ordered according with their FUNCTION. - For example: breakfast with snacks and chocolates.

- Floor is clean and bright. Gives a sensation of cleanness and quitely.

- Much more light for cosmetic products.- I think these products are more profitable.- They want to push the selling of these products.- Moreover they compete with other powerful chains of only these

products.- Much better shelves and light decoration. - One staff ONLY for this section.

- Different decoration for this section of the store.

- Same investment in lights for other section (besides cosmetic): meat.

- Amazing posters with appealing pictures of meat and vegetables.

- Why in these sections?

Main conclussion:

I hate shopping!!

• Interesting how the organizce products.• Interesting how they invest more in some

products than others.
