Special thanks to all that have contributed and participated in making the recent Chinese New Year Celebration & Water Conservation Day as well as Term 1 trip a success!!
MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL:
Welcome back to school kids! It was wonderful to see the smiling faces of the children and parents as we started the new school year. A very warm welcome to our new children and parents too! Thank you for making Kidz Meadow Kindergarten your school of choice. Term 1 has flown by so quickly! The first few weeks of school saw the children getting acquainted with their daily routines, class rules and taking on new responsibilities. Our children have had a very busy term indeed, making new friends and settling in a new classroom environment. Through various engaging activities and new learning experiences, the children explored on the broad theme: ‘Me & My Friends’ which covers sub-themes like “My School”, “My Body” and “My Feelings”.
We are glad that the children are settling well and enjoying their preschool days at our centre. There is nothing more important to us than their safety and well-being. We want them to have a wonderful and enriching experience with us, learning social skills, developing relationships and building confidence in their abilities.
We are definitely looking forward to the school terms ahead as they are going to be filled with more fun activities for your dear ones. We are also constantly striving to provide a quality preschool experience for them and we welcome you to share your constructive feedback/suggestions to [email protected]
Thank you.
Best regards,
Mdm Jumira Principal

Water Conservation Day
The children and teachers had a fruitful sharing session on the importance of water.
A video shared by the teachers created great awareness in them to do their part in conserving water. The children created a
craft that reminds them of water conservation. Water Wally became a favourite
icon at the end of the day!

Start Small Dream Big is an initiative started by ECDA in 2015 and it supports the President’s Challenge. Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) is in its 3rd year and the initiative is to inculcate values in children and encourages children to give back to the society. The centre will be embarking on Start Small Dream Big 2017 and the K2 children will be participating in this 6 months long project from March till September. Look out for the updates!
Another initiative that the centre will be embarking on is the Innovative Guidance Project (IGP) in which the centre will be working together with Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS). In this project, children from K1 and K2 will work together with WRS to create awareness about protecting wildlife and endangered animals.
