January: Birchfield Prep

and School reopen.

We have some very exciting changes happening this month, regarding

the Pre School rooms, due to staff promotions and ratios we have had a

restructure of the two classrooms.

The Pre School will now be guided and structured by Mrs Newby our

new Deputy Manager; she will take the lead of planning and overseeing

the profiles as well as leading Pre school PW room. Miss Bennion will

remain the senior leader of Preschool VB.

Mrs Webb will now be supporting Miss Bennion and Mrs Street.

Mrs Allen will take a senior role within her new room and will be taking

over Mrs Webb’s key group off children. Mrs Robinson remains in the

room as continuity of care to the children.

Mrs Newby has some very exciting ideas for the two classrooms and will

keep all Preschool parents up to date with all information.

are always very welcome.

Parents notice

Please could we kindly remind you to check the classroom notice board daily, as there may be

information regarding visits or activities taking place that week and we would hate for your

child to not be able to take part.

Forest School / Nature Detectives

Can I please remind parents if your child/children attend nursery on a Tuesday and Thursday for Forest School or

nature detectives that you provide them with extra layers of clothing as it is very cold at the moment for lengthy

visit outside. All classes will resume from Monday 12th January.
