Prep Team Tryouts

Prep Team Tryouts will be held on Sunday, October 11th Check-in begins at 9:30 am

Tryout runs from 10 am - 12 pm (noon)

NORCO Prep is the perfect opportunity forsomeone who loves to play volleyball, butcannot make the full commitment to Clubvolleyball. The emphasis of this program ison skill development and game play. This isa great program to either get a first exposureto the sport or to get better and improve onskills outside of a school team, without the full schedule of USA Volleyball. With one practice a week and threetournaments, the commitment is less for those with busy schedules. Thecoaching and training will still be intense so all players improve!

several shoes, being offered at a discounted rate,

but only for a limited time! Eastbay representative,

Ryan Blahauvietz, will be at NORCO for shoe sizing during uniform fitting after

the Prep Team Tryouts on Sunday, October 11th. A flyer with these shoes will be

Collegiate Players Join NORCO Staff

Members of both the Colorado State Universityand University of Northern Colorado volleyball

teams will be coaches with NORCO this season.(Clockwise from top left) CSU Middle Blocker, AlexPoletto, will assist John Critzer with the 15 Blackteam. The Toronto native is among the Ram'sleaders in hitting percentage and blocks. DriCulbert, will be entering her second season

coaching at NORCO and will assist Jim Stone withthe 16 Black team. Culbert currently leads theCSU team in kills and service aces. Kendra

Cunningham is a senior and an outside hitter forthe UNC Bears, and leads the team in kills this season. She will serve as KateHampson's assistant at 15 Blue. Alex Kloehn is Amber Ortner's assistant at 14

Blue. The sophomore, middle blocker and ranks among UNC's leaders in blocksand hitting percentage.

NORCO Hosts Adult Open Gyms

NORCO will hold open gyms for adults selectWednesdays from September through October! Thedrop in play is open to both men and women at all skilllevels. Open Gym Dates are: September 30th, October7th, and October 14th and will run from 6-8 p.m. Cost is$10 (cash only).Contact Gavin Markovits with any questions.

New Family Meeting Set for October 21 at 6:30 p.m.

NORCO welcomes all those families that are newto the club! We are hosting an informational

meeting on Wednesday, October 21st at 6:30 p.m.in the mezzanine. Club policies, travel, payment

plans, travel, and more will be covered.

Volleykidz Wraps Up 2015 Fall Session

The 2015 fall session ofVolleykidz wrapped upTuesday night with a funnight filled with games andlaughter. The program,geared towards 6-12 yearolds, offers kids anopportunity to learn thefundamentals of volleyballin a fun and relaxedenvironment. The nextsession of Volleykidz willbe on Fridays, beginning January 8th.

Volleyfest a Smashing Success!

NORCO hosted its annual VolleyfestMiddle School Tournament last

Saturday, Septemer 19th, with anastonishing 14 teams participating!

Champions were crowned in threedivisions:
