BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a Department of the City of Los Angeles Operates and maintains Los Angeles International Airport

(LAX), and Van Nuys Airport (VNY) Seeks to enter into a contract with firm(s) for: Passenger Air Service Development Consulting Services Cargo Air Service Development Consulting Services Marketing Consulting Services

Scope of Services to be performed at: LAX

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Passenger and Cargo Air Service Development Consulting Services LAX (includes but not limited to) Assistance with development of strategic plans Development and implementation of air travel-related

market research Evaluation of air traffic demand and airfare data Preparation of market analyses, presentations, and

economic/demographic research studies Identification of new air service routes Development of route analysis and presentations to

airlines

LAX (includes but not limited to) Presentations to airlines Continuation of efforts in relation to the renovation and

modernization projects underway Marketing passenger amenities and customer services

flash drive or CD

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Evaluation Criteria

Experience, Resources, Capabilities in providing Passenger and Cargo Air Service Development Consulting (35 points)

Methodology and Approach to providing services described in scope of work (30 points)

Experience in Marketing Airports, examples of its ability to improve competiveness against other airports (20 points)

Hourly Rates (15 points)
