Expectations for all parts of the program (organization, curriculums, coaching standards, conduct standards, planning, etc.) are set by the Technical Advisory Board. The Technical Advisory Board includes the senior leadership from the club as well as the professional teams. ACCOUNTABILITY! All aspects of the program in all locations will undergo a continuous detailed evaluation process to confirm expectations are being met. ACCESS!
