• The CannSeal Tool – run on electric w/l
• Online Communication• P&T in tool and well
• Positive feedback on stroker/arm/injection-pad actuation
• Positive feedback on perforation
• Sealant Injection Volume control
• Sealant temperature & pressure control

• P&A Key words (Norsok D-010)
• 2 independant well barriers
• The complete borehole shall be isolated• WBE with verified quality in all annuli
• When well completion tubulars are left in the hole and permanent plugs are installed through and around the tubular, reliable methods and procedures to install and verify position of the plug inside the tubular and in the tubular annulus shall be established.
• P&A Key words• A permanent well barrier should have the following properties:• a) Impermeable
• b) Long term integrity.
• c) Non shrinking.
• d) Ductile – (non brittle) – able to withstand mechanical loads/impact.
• e) Resistance to different chemicals/ substances (H2S, CO2 and hydrocarbons).
• f) Wetting, to ensure bonding to steel.
Steel tubular is not an acceptable permanent WBE unless it is supported by cement, or a plugging material
with similar functional properties as listed above, (inside and outside).
• Perforate below CS setting depth • Circulate and clean out A annuli• Run CS tool• Locate and perforate• Set CS plug• Verify placement / Test CS plug

Or is this a viable option???
Sealing material• Sealant Resin will be available with different specific gravity,
temperature and viscosity spans
• Selection for the actual application will be based on specified application, well temperature and permeability.
• Elasticity of the Sealant Resin can be adjusted by additives
Sealing material
Injection of sealant into an annular test cell fi lled with gravel and circulation of crude oil
• Epoxy Resin HSE – chemical or inert product??• All constituents of the sealant are mixed onshore at the factory to
form a one component high viscous liquid. • The sealant canister is completely sealed with a bursting disc in the
front and a piston at the backside allowing thermal expansion of 15 %
• The sealant canister is transported to location in a wooden box filled with a chock absorbing material
• The box contains sensor to indicate if the box has been subjected to unexpected temperature variations or external forces exceeding XX G during handling and transportation
• The epoxy sealant stored in the canister will only get access to the environment when injection is started and the sharable plug in front of the canister is sheared by the high injection pressure.
