1. PowerCAMPUS Self-Service
Visit PowerCAMPUS Self-Service at http://selfservice.twc.edu.hk/Home.aspx
a. Login to PowerCAMPUS Self-Service
Login with your college email’ username and password.
b. Account activation (For 1st time login)
It requires activation for 1st login, you may find the verification details in the
email sent by the Registry. Please contact Registry if there is any problem.

2. Check the Class Schedule
Click “Classes””Schedule””Faculty Schedule” to view your own teaching courses’
venues and schedules (per section) in the PowerCAMPUS. You may select different
semesters in the “Period” filter.
3. Generate the Class List
Click “Classes””Enrollment””Class List” to view the teaching sections. Select the
appropriate section to view the class list.

Students registered in this course will be listed out. You may check the boxes next to their
names to download their information or email the selected students.
a. Download the Class List
Select “Microsoft Excel” as the download format. Choose the fields you would like to
download and click the “Right” button to put them in the “Columns to download”.
Click “Download”

b. Email the students in PowerCAMPUS
Select the students and click “E-mail Selected”.

4. Advising
Click “Advising””Manage Advisees””My Advisees” to view your advisees.
Click on the name of the student to view the options available.

a. Schedule
You may view the advisee’s schedule by Text/Grid. Select the appropriate “Period” and
click “Submit”. Please be reminded to keep the “Courses in Cart” unchecked. “Courses in
Cart” are unregistered sections which have not completed the whole course registration
procedures. (Green box in Grid View)

b. Unofficial Transcript
Grades, Credits and GPA of the advisee will be listed out per semester. Please note that
this unofficial transcript is designed for “online-view” only. Do not print the unofficial
transcript for other purposes. You may ignore the “#” behind the grades (if any).

c. Academic Plan
You may check the study progress of the advisee in the Academic Plan. Academic Plan
will list out all courses required in the study programme by a number of classification.
- You may check the total number of course and classification required on the top of
the plan. (highlighted in yellow)
- Completed courses will have a “tick” beside the course title.
- Completed classifications will have a “tick” beside the classification name.
- Incomplete/Failed/Withdrawn courses will have a yellow exclamation sign beside the
course title.
Courses Not Assigned to this Academic Plan
There are several reasons that might make the courses studied fall in this area.
1. Course incompletion/failure or withdrawal.
2. Student was transferred from another programme (e.g. BBA) and the courses
completed are not required in the new programme. (e.g BHSc)
3. Student was readmitted and have not applied for Credit Transfer.
