Synopsis of film: OUT

Ashford, the present. A car is driving down a dark country road; meanwhile a woman is standing outside a house smoking. The car pulls up and the woman (mother) goes inside, a 17 year old girl (Lane) gets out the car and goes inside into the house.Lane creeps into the house and hears a noise, only to find it is her mother at the kitchen table. They go on to argue about various things such as, smoking and abuse. They stop when they hear a noise and Man enters the room, Lane is told by Mother to hide. Mother and Man then go on to argue until all is resolved by a violent action from Lane.
