Positive Discipline is based on Adlerian Psychology. It focuses on solutions and social emotional skills. When we understand the beliefs behind behavior, we can better understand how to motive positive change in students.

Positive Discipline teachers create classrooms based on mutual respect and helps students develop a strong sense of community.

In this 12-hour workshop, you will participate in experiential activity and walk away feeling more empowered as an effective leader!

Jody Malterre, MAEd enjoys working as a Positive Discipline Trainer, a Montessori teacher trainer and consultant for over 20 years. She holds a certificate in Adlerian Studies and currently iserves as a Co-Board Chair for the Positive Discipline Association and as a Co-

Chair of the Educators Section of North American Adlerian Society of Adlerian Psychologists. She loves spending time with her husband at home in Boise, ID and finding delight in her new role of being a mom to her two adult daughters

Dodie Blomberg, M.Ed is passionate about helping people improve their lives through creating respectful relationships in

their families, schools and communities. She taught 5th grade in Tempe, Arizona for 12 years. She is a Lead Trainer for the Positive Discipline Association and an Adler Trained Coach. She facilitates Positive Discipline Workshops and trainings all over Arizona, the United States and online! She has also had the amazing opportunity to facilitate trainings in various cities all over China for the past 4 years. She is most proud of her two children, Colton 25, and Cassidy 22.

The Positive Discipline Association (PDA) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider. ACEP No. 6723.

The PDA is also an affiliate of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology.

Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost. Refunds are not available

after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop. In the event of cancellation participants will be notified by email. Please contact
