Il progetto inizia nell’ambito di un workshop di una set-timana, e approfondito nel corso di un semestre.L’obiettivo era quello di collegare la sponda bassa del Tevere attraverso un edificio che contenesse un bookshop ed un internet cafè. Il lavoro è stato portato avanti con due studenti cileni.

The project began as part of a workshop of one week and de-epened in the course of a semester.The target was to connect the low side of the Tiber through a building containing a bookshop and an internet cafe. The work was carried out with two Chilean students.

Le projet a été commencé dans le cadre d’un workshop d’une semaine et approfondi au cours d’un semestre.L’objectif était de relier le bas côté du Tibre à travers un bâtiment contenant une librairie et un café internet. Le travail a été réalisé avec deux étudiants chiliens.

Per il concept abbiamo utilizzato tutti i metodi di progettazione: pla-stico di studio, schizzi e 3D digita-le.

For the concept we used all the methods of design: physical model, sketches and digital 3D.

Pour le concept, nous avons utilisé toutes les méthodes de conception: ma-quette d’étude, des croquis et un 3D numérique.

L’edificio prende il posto di uno degli ultimi corpi di fabbrica del compl-lesso mattatoio di testaccio a roma.L’edificio conteneva i frigoriferi ed era il più recente del complesso.Al suo posto abbiamo progettato un edificio che doveva contenere una mediateca, una grande sala conferenze e gli uffici annessi.La scelta progettuale è stata di portare in facciata i libri dandogli grande importanza e spostare l’ingresso al di sotto della facciata.Si arriva così al centro dell’edificio da dove tutto si dirama. Gli uffici hanno un ingresso a se e una struttura propria. IL resto dell’edificio ha una grande Trave Vierendeel in copertura, che poggia su dei nuclei in calcestruzzo, e alla quale sono appesi i piani inferiori.

Le bâtiment prend la place de l’un des derniers bâtiments du complexe abattoir de Testaccio à Rome. Le bâtiment contenait un réfrigérateur et il était le plus récent du complexe.

The building takes the place of one of the last buildings of the complex slau-ghterhouse in Testaccio in Rome.The building contained refrigerators, and it was most recently the complex.In its place we have designed a building with a media library, a large conferen-ce room and ancillary offices.The design choice was to bring the books upon the facade giving them a great importance and we put the entrance below the facade.This brings us to the center of the building where all branches. The offices have an input if its own structure. THE rest of the building has a large Vieren-deel beam coverage, which is based on some cores of concrete, and to which are pinned to the lower floors.

A sa place, nous avons conçu un bâtiment qui devait inclure une médiathèque, une grande salle de conférence et les bure-aux auxiliaires.Le choix de conception a été d’apporter des livres façade donnant une grande importance et l’entrée au dessous de la façade.Ce qui nous amène au centre de l’édifice où toutes ca branches. Les bureaux ont une entrée et une structure propre.L’ensemble du bâtiment a une couverture Vierendeel faisceau large, qui est basé sur les noyaux du béton, et à laquelle sont épinglées les étages inférieurs.

L’obiettivo del corso era progettare la Casa della Rus-sia all’interno della Città Universitaria e presentava no-tevoli problematiche. Il lotto triangolare doveva essere anche collegato con il quartiere di Gentilly, dovendo su-perare il Boulevard Périférique.Oltre le residenze doveveamo prevedere una mensa uni-versitaria ed un complesso sportivo.

The course objective was to design the Hou-se of Russia in the University City and there were considerable problems. The triangular lot was also to be connected with the nei-ghborhood of Gentilly, having overcome the Boulevard Periferique.In addition to the residences had to include a university cafeteria and a sports complex.

L’objectif du cours était de concevoir la Maison de la Russie de la Cité Université et il y avait des problèmes considérables. Le lot triangulaire devait également être connecté avec le quartier de Gentilly, après avoir surmonté la Boulevard Periferique.En plus des résidences devaient inclure un restaurant universitaire et un complexe sportif.

2010Nell’ambito del Corso di Progettazione Sostenibile, nella facoltà di architettura di Roma Tre, ho pro-gettato ex novo un edificio in un lotto triangolare a Testaccio dove ho previsto una serie di accorgimen-ti. Nella parte seminterrata ci sono impianti collegati con la copertura dove, oltre ad uno spazio verde, sono previsti pannelli solari e pannelli fotovoltaici. Negli appartamenti è previsto un impianto di areazione forzata con recupero del calore. Ci sono raddoppi della struttura per la terrazza ed il corpo scale in maniera da non creare ponti termici. Inoltre un pavi-mento radiante porterà la giusta temperatura omoge-nea in tutta l’abitazione.

As part of the Sustainable Design Course, at the Faculty of Architecture of Rome, I designed, from scratch, a building in a triangular area in Testaccio where I planned a series of measures. In the basement there are some thermal plants linked with the coverage where, in addition to a green space, there are solar panels and photovoltaic panels.In the apartments there is a system of forced ventilation with heat recovery. There are double structure for the ter-race and the staircase so as not to create thermal bridges. In addition, a radiant floor bring the correct uniform tem-perature throughout the house.

Dans le cadre du cour de technologie de l’architecture du-rable, dans l’école d’architecture à Roma Tre, j’ai projecté ex novo un batiment dans un lot triangulaire à Testaccio, où j’ai prévu une série de techniques. Dans le sous-sol il y a les installations enclenchés avec la toiture où j’ai mis des panneaux solaires et des panneaux photovoltaiques.Dand les appartements on a prévu l’installation de venti-lation forcée avec récupération de chaleur. J’ai dublé la structure de la terrasse et des escaliers, ainsi on n’a pas de ponts thermiques.Les planchers chauffants donneront une température hom-gène dans les habitations.

2012All’interno di un Masterplan sviluppato dal Prof. Paolo Desideri per l’area archeologica Centrale di Roma, ho approfondito l’area che va dal Tevere fino al Circo Massimo pensando ad una rifunzionalizzazio-ne dell’edificio, musealizzandolo, e creando un pas-saggio pedonale all’interno dell’edificio.Nel lungo lavoro svolto ho portato alla luce il Mi-treo del Circo Massimo ora coperto dall’imponente edificio (l’ex Pastificio Pantanella al Foro Boario).

Within a Masterplan developed by Prof. Paolo Desideri for the archaeological area of Central Rome, I explored the area from the Tiber to the Circus Maximus thinking of a new function of the building, “musealized”, and creating a walkway to ‘interior of the building.In the long work have brought to light the Mithraeum Cir-cus Maximus now covered by the imposing building (the for-mer pasta factory Pantanella the Forum Boarium).

Dans le cadre du masterplan, developpé par le prof. Pao-lo Desideri (ABDR) dans la zone archélogique centrale à Rome, j’ai approfondi la zone entre le fleuve Tevere et le Circus Maximus. J’ai imaginé une réfonctionnalisation du ba-timent et la création du passage pour piétons à l’intérieur.Au cours du travail j’ai essayé de decouvrir le Mitreum du Circus Maximus, Maintenant couvert par la batiment.

Il complesso è composto da 3 corpi edilizi con differenti quote interne, ma ho comunque deciso di creare un percorso orizzontale che collegas-se tutti i nuclei, ponendo la biglietteria e l’ingresso al centro dell’edi-ficio e portando il percorso pedonale alla quota archeologica riuscen-do all’interno del Circo Massimo dopo aver toccato ed attraversato elementi storici come il Mitreo ed i Carceres, punto di partenza delle quadrighe romane.

Le grand ensemble est composé par trois batiments avec des différentes quotes à l’intérieur, mais j’ai décidé de créeer un parcour que va relier tous les noyaux.Le passage piétons descende à la quote archeologique en sortant dans le circus maximus. On se promene à coté du Mitreum et des Carceres, point de départ des quadriges romanes.

The complex consists of 3 buildings with different levels inside, but I have deci-ded to create an horizontal path linking all the block, with the ticket office and entrance to the building and the footpath leading to the archaeological able to share inside the Circus Maximus after handling and through historic elements such as Mitreo and Carceres, the starting point of the Roman chariots.

Il Mitreo del Circo Massimo è un edificio del II secolo a.C. usato come luogo di culto. Su di esso si appog-giano le fondazioni dell’e-dificio sovrastante.A tuttoggi nascosto al pub-blico e quasi impossibile da visitare.The Mitreo of Circus Maximus was built in the second cen-tury BC used as a place of worship. On it support buil-ding foundations above.To date, hidden from the pu-blic and almost impossible to visit.Le Mitreo du Circus Maximus a été construit au IIe siècle avant J.-C. utilisé comme un lieu de culte. Sur le soutenir la construction de fondations ci-dessus.À ce jour, cachée au public et presque impossible à visiter.

Il modello 3D, cominciato come contesto per il modello della tesi, si è allargato fino a raggiungere le proporzioni adeguate alla mostra alla British School. Il modello 3D ricalca la forma del Masterplan dell’a-rea centrale sviluppato da parte del prof. Paolo Desideri (ABDR). Mentre il plastico l’ho costruito di persona, all’interno del laborato-rio plastici della Facoltà di Roma Tre, e rappresenta la mia tesi.

Le modèle 3D, a commencé comme un contexte pour le modèle de la thèse, a été élargi pour atteindre les proportions appropriées pour l’exposition à la British School. Le modèle 3D suit la forme de la zone centrale du Masterplan élaboré par le prof. Paolo Desideri (ABDR).Alors que le modèle que j’ai personnellement construit à l’intérieur du labo-ratoire en plastique de la faculté de Rome, fait partie de ma thèse.

The 3D model, started as a context for the model of the thesis, I have expanded to reach the appropriate proportions for the exhibition at the British School. The 3D model follows the shape of the central area of the Masterplan deve-loped by prof. Paolo Desideri (ABDR).While the model I have personally built inside the plastic laboratory of the Faculty of Rome, and is part of my thesis.

2009Alla fine del periodo Erasmus a Parigi ho effettuato un periodo di Stage presso lo studio di architettu-ra “Archi5”. Come primo lavoro ho affrontato il tema delle carceri ad alta sicurezza, due edifici di deten-zione in fase esecutiva.Nella seconda parte della mia permanenza nello stu-dio ho contribuito come collaboratore, a due con-corsi: un complesso multisport a Anthony [4-5-6], alla periferia di Parigi e l’ampliamento di un complesso scolastico a Sarcelles, il St.- Exupery costruito da Jean Prouvé [1-2-3].Il concorso ad Anthony è stato vinto ed è stato porta-to avanti dallo studio fino alla completa costruzione.

At the end of Erasmus in Paris i have completed a period of internship at the architectural firm “Archi5.” As the first work I have addressed the issue of high-security prisons, two buildings of detention in the execution phase.In the second part of my stay I contributed as a collabora-tor in two competitions: a multisport complex in Anthony [4-5-6], on the outskirts of Paris and the expansion of a scho-ol in Sarcelles, St - Exupery, built by Jean Prouvé [1-2-3].The competition in Anthony was won by the architectural firm, and they carried out to complete construction.

à La Fin de la période en Erasmus à Paris j’ai fait un stage chez l’agence d’architecture “archi5”. Au début j’ai travail-lé sur des prisons à haute sureté.Pendant la deuxième partie du stage j’ai travaillé comme col-laborateur à deux concours: un complexe sportif à Anthony [4-5-6] et l’agrandissementdu complexe scolaire St.Exupery à Sarcelles, projeté par Jean Prouvé [1-2-3].L’agence a gagné le premier concour et le batiment a été construi.
