Le projet propose un village de vacances de 26 maisonscomprenant 4 couchageschacune. Le projet s’organiseautour un espace central paysagé qui preserve les arbres existants. Les maisonssont regroupées par unites pour éviter de trop densifieret preserver l’espace vertmais aussi garder uneÉchelle humaine du projet. Les maisons sont réalisées en ossature bois revêtu pour certaines partiesd’enduit blanc et de bardagebois pour répondrel’architecture landaise et la demande du PLU Les toituressont réalisées en tuiles rouges du pays. Chaque bâtiment estlégèrement different pour créer un ensemble hétérogène mais néanmoinscoherent par les matériauxque l’on retrouve surl’ensemble du projet. Des terrasses englobent les maisons pour renforcées la sensation de dedans/dehors.

Project Site :
The project is located in the heart of the capital Damascus and its commercial center "Marjeh" and to the west of the old city along the BaradaRiver.
A Plan illustrates the site location in the capital Damascus
The most important mark of points that havebeen considered as essential elements inthe site:
▫ Yalbugha Building▫ Damascus Tower and Barada river ▫ Marjeh Square▫ The Ministry of the Interior▫ Bath Al-Armana▫ Al-Abed building
Al-Marjeh is the first area built out of the old city wall .

Suggested Status
▪ In the opposite of most countries , pedestrians are forgotten and ignored in our city .▪ According to Marajeh`slocation , its historical importance and its being a commercial center with lots of hotels we suggested to make it a closed zone with no cars in , and to reuse the tram , as it shown in the previous plan .

Zone (A) Analysis :
▪ The main concept is provide a public space which is needed in Damascus , and make a smooth transition between the old city with its small heights and the new tall buildings such as Yalbugha and Damascus tower.▪ We achieved that by designing a linear block surrounding Al-Aramani Bath, that represent the connection between the open space in Yalbugha and the open space we have created , and it also make the smooth transition from the old city

▪ Yalbugha is a commercial building with a huge structure, thatfor we kept the structure and cover it with glass to create a transparent block that shows everything in side .▪ About the function , it is an open mall with no walls inside , in the first four floors , and offices in the other floors with a separated entrance . ▪ Boxes with specific functions are added to the building representing the patio in the old damascene houses .
