TERRACES TRAVEL DIAGONALLY UP THE FACADE, CREATING VIEW CORRIDORS BETWEEN FLOORS AND ALONG THE STRUCTURE

EVERY UNIT HAS ACCESS TO AN OUTDOOR TERRACE,INCREASING THE SENSE OF COMMUNITY AMONG USERS

ROOF TERRACES CONTINUE THE ZIG-ZAG MOTIF ESTABLISHED ON THE FACADES, COMPLETING THE TWISTING DATUM THAT TRAVELS AROUND THE LINEAR FORMS.

HORIZONTAL CORE SECTIONS ARE VERTICALLYORIENTEDWITH ENHANCED SHEAR WALLS AND SUPER LIGHT-WEIGHT CONCRETE IN ORDER TO COPE WITH STRUCTURAL LOADS.

VERTICAL CORE SECTIONS FUNCTION LIKE A TYPICAL TOWER, EACH WITH A PAIR OF DEDICATED ROOF LIFTS FOR ROOF TERRACE ACCESS
