Remote Monitoring and Management—RealConnect to Skype for Business OnlineThe Polycom® RealConnect™ to Skype for Business Online service provides remote monitoring and management of the Skype for Business on-premises pool that is a prerequisite to enable the RealConnect capability for Skype for Business Online users.

This offer provides the following core service components:
