Selected Validation Data

Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGEfollowed by western blot with 14241-1-AP (GCLMantibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at roomtemperature for 1.5 hours.

Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells,using GCLM antibody 14241-1-AP at 1:50 dilutionand Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (f luorescent DNA dye).

IP Result of anti-GCLM (IP:14241-1-AP, 3ug;Detection:14241-1-AP 1:1000) with A431 cellslysate 3040ug.
