Addendum #1

In response to questions and concerns brought up during the pre-bid meeting, the bid tab sheet has been updated in order to answer the following 2 questions and address one concern:

1. Question: On the unit price sheet, item 201 says “Catch Basin (4 Ft Diameter)”, but the

specs call for a 6 ft diameter. Are the catch basins supposed to be 4 ft or 6 ft diameter?

Answer: Catch Basins must be 6 ft. diameter and conform to everything else as written on the specifications.

2. Question: On the unit price sheet, item 999.1 says “Catch Basin HDPE Driveway

Treatment”. Is this supposed to be catch basin HDPE elbow trap (hood)?

Answer: The description for item 999.1 is “12 inch Catch Basin HDPE Elbow Trap”.

3. Item 223 “Frame and Grate (or Cover) Removed and Reset” has been added with a quantity of 31 and an unit of each.

4. Please replace the entire bid tab sheet with the one provided in this addendum.
