• The service is available for people aged 16 and over, subject to eligibility criteria and Pharmacist consultation

• e-vouchers valid until 31st December 2020

• All orders must be received by 6th December 2020 if ordering by invoice, or by 20th December 2020 if ordering by credit card

• Flu vaccinations may be provided for free under the NHS for certain groups eg. pregnant women or people with long term conditions, from Doctors’ surgeries or certain Pharmacies. Free entitlement may be different in the Channel Islands

• We may undertake a credit check

• Once purchased, e-vouchers are non-refundable

• e-vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value

• Boots cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged e-vouchers

• Due to patient confidentiality, we are unable to provide details about the uptake of the service by your employees

People who smoke, those with asthma, a kidney or liver condition, or have recently had flu are more at risk.*

With recovery time taking up to 3 months*, you may wish to consider protecting your employees, particularly those who travel abroad to destinations with high levels of pneumococcal infections. Examples include China, India and Vietnam.†

• The service is available for people aged 18 and over, subject to eligibility criteria and Pharmacist consultation

• e-vouchers valid for 6 months after the date of issue• People with a long-term condition such as diabetes may be eligible

for a free NHS pneumonia vaccination. Those aged 65 and over are also eligible. Ask your doctor for more information. The Boots Pneumonia Vaccination Service does not replace the need for the NHS vaccination
