Personal careIf you need extra support to live at home in comfort, we can help you with a wide range of personal care - from washing and dressing, help at mealtimes to bathing and continence needs. We will work with you to fi nd the right balance of care and support that will help you to stay independent.

Daily living support We will help with your daily living needs, such as preparing meals, shopping, laundry, vacuuming, washing up and bed making. You can get support with paying your bills and paperwork. We can also accompany you to medical appointments and help you access local social activities. Our aim is to help you maintain an active life.

Complex careIf you are living with a learning disability,mental health, dementia, or a life limiting condition, our specialist team will provide a high level of support built around your individual needs. If you are eligible for continuing health care funding, we are happy to work in partnership with your health care team.

We can also help you to regain your health following an illness or injury, by identifying your goals, building your confi dence and strengthening your coping skills.
