Planning Center Online is an internet based application Harvest Christian Fellowship is using to plan and schedule our ministry teams.

The great thing about having Planning Center Online, is you have the power to stay connected with your ministry team, block out dates that you will not be in attendance, and see the plan of service, all through your Smart Phone device.

Welcome Email

Once you have received this email, follow the steps below to set up your account. Then you will be able to access the Planning Center App.

1. Click the link to set up your Planning Center password. (The email listed is your username.)

2. For more information on how to use Planning Center, click on the link “Getting Started Video and Lessons.”

1. By clicking on your name in the upper right corner, you will be able to view and edit your Personal Information.

2. Any email address you add can be used as your login name. All messages sent from Planning Center will be delivered to the email address you add.

3. If you enter a mobile number, you can choose to enable text messaging. This will allow you to receive text messages whenever you receive an email through Planning Center.

4. If you choose you can enter your birthday and anniversary so we can celebrate with you.

Schedule

Now that you have set up your account, you will begin receiving your notifications through your Planning Center App.

1. Once you have been placed on the AB schedule, in the Planning Center App, it will show the date and time that you are assigned to.

2. Choose to ‘accept’ or ‘decline’. This is important for your team to know if you will be in attendance, or not.

3. Once you have accepted, you will be able to see the service plan.

While you’re waiting to be placed on the schedule you c a n g e t s t a r t e d b y downloading the Planning Center App.

Whether you have an iPhone, Andriod, or any other Smart Phone device the Planning Center App is avai lable. Search by typing “Planning Center Online” and click on the icon that matches the picture below…

You will not be able to sign in to Planning Center until you have received the Welcome Email in your provided email address’ inbox. Once you have set a password, you are now ready to access Planning Center for Harvest Christian Fellowship.

Blockout Dates

‘Block-out Dates’ is a great tool to inform your Team Leader of days you know you will not be in attendance ahead of time.

1. In the Planning Center App, click the three horizontal lines on the top left corner to access additional information.

2. Click your name to access your personal information where ‘blockout dates’ can be found, or by simply clicking ‘Blockouts’.

Once you add a ‘blockout’ date, your team leader will know not to schedule you on that date.
