The unique and patented Solarus PowerCollectorTM has the highest yield ever measured. Concentrating means that it has a curved mirror to collect and reflect more sunlight throughout the day.

Hybrid means that it combines solar photovoltaic (PV) generation of electricity with solar thermal (T) generation heat.

The heat pump increased equivalent thermal production with 50%

All electrical energy produced by PowerCollector is used to drive the heat pump

The heat pump also acts as a back-up system for low radiation months, it improves overall energy distribution over the year

HENRI WILLIG IN KATWOUDE IS CONVINCED

Henri Willig in Katwoude was one of the first cheese factories that uses energy from the sun delivered by 88 PowerCollectors. The produced heat is used for cleaning purposes.

Per year the system produces
