Facility will open 2 ½ hours before game time
Lubbock ISD will not provide towels

Ticket Booths & Gates Will open 1 ½ hours prior to game time
Ticket Sales will be cash only

In/Out will require admission with a stamp
Streaming/Live Broadcast Streaming provided by the NFHS Network for all Lubbock ISD football games
Regional TV broadcast for all HOME Thursday Lubbock ISD football games
COVID-19: 2020 SEASON ONLY-Regional TV broadcasts available for selected Friday Night games per UIL
Playing Field Any person not included in team personnel must have a sideline pass
Spirit lines may consist of uniformed groups only---No parent groups allowed on the field
Tobacco, chewing gum, sunflower seeds and peanuts are prohibited
No glass bottles, or colored liquids allowed on playing field
NO FOOD No animal mascots No cannons, air horns, confetti
Props that will mark and/or cut field surface will not be allowed
No long metal spikes or cleats No paper signs with water-based paint
Spectators are not allowed on the field before or after the game
Bell Crews or other larger props must have a protective covering for the track
Bleachers Absolutely no climbing over, standing or sitting on rails
NO PAINTED PAPER SIGNS ALLOWED. No signage of any kind may be taped to the stadium
Spirit Signs made in vinyl may be zip tied to the stadium railing
Spirit Flags may be attached by plastic zip ties only
No AIR HORN (any device that uses air to make noise), whistles, artificial noise makers, sirens, are not permitted
Umbrellas are permitted as long as they do not impede anyone’s view
No Animal Mascots No Confetti or Balloons
Portable seating seating and or furniture is prohibited (stadium seats are allowed)
NO FOOD or DRINK is allowed to enter the stadium gates
No ice chests other that those provided for teams or band
Use of tobacco or alcohol is prohibited
Bands/Color Guard Home Band will use the Southwest band entrance for field access
Visiting Band will use the Southeast band entrance for field access
Overflow visiting band buses will use the bus land adjacent to Moegle Baseball Field
Overflow home band buses will use 70th St. (Cones will be place for reserved parking)
Bands will not be allowed to unload in the fire lane
COVID-19: 5A Bands will be provided 3 sections for adequate social distancing measures
4A Bands will be provided 2 sections for adequate social distancing measures.
Cheerleader/Spirit Squads/Etc. Home Cheerleaders/Spirit Squads/etc. will use the Southwest Band Ramp gate for entrance into the Stadium
COVID-19: all spirit groups will be temperature check before entering the stadium
Visiting Cheerleaders/Spirit Squads/etc. will use Southwest gate 4 entrance
COVID-19: all spirit groups will be temperature check before entering the stadium
(Cheerleaders must remain separate from other contest participants and avoid mixing with fans or non-group members)
Press Box Will open 90 minutes prior to game time
Access to elevator will be through the VIP/Press Box Gate directly under the press box
Admittance to the press box will require credentials or coaches’ attire
2nd Floor Community Level-guests and credentialed administration only
3rd Floor Operations Level-Coaches, Media, Radio, TV

COVID-19: Only 6 coaches will be allowed per team

Scouts Team Scouts will be limited to 3 scouts for opponents 1 week prior to scheduled game.
SCOUTS MUST CALL the Lubbock ISD Athletic Office in advance prior to game day.

COVID-19: Scouts WILL NOT be allowed in the Press Box due to social distancing measures for Operations personnel
An outside location will be provided on the media rail in front of the 2nd Floor press box window.
Game Administration All pre-game music will be supplied by Lubbock ISD
No music and speaker systems will be allowed by either team for their warm-up
The Halftime interval may be up to 28 minutes (UIL rule)
Bands and pep squads must divide the time equally for half-time performance
Each band has 13 minutes to enter, perform and leave the field
The clock will start as soon as the field is cleared of football teams
The following items will not be permitted in the stadium
Outside Food/Drink Backpacks Painted Paper Signs Alcoholic Beverages Animals Balls of any type
Controlled Substances Skateboards Noisemakers Tobacco Frisbees Whistles
