The placement season for the Class of 2009 was quite distinct

from the past years. In a challenging job market, a strong impetus

provided by the School and its community of students, alumni,

and other stakeholders ensured that there was a greater breadth

and diversity of companies that came to campus to recruit, and a

wider variety of industries/job roles. Students also complemented

the School’s efforts with their own, to get their preferred jobs.

Thanks to all the efforts, the average domestic CTC was a little

over INR 15 Lacs. There was relatively less variation in salaries

offered across different sectors.
