RVS Institute of Management Studies & Research is dedicated to developing a new generation of business leaders through innovative management education.
Our MBA programme integrates the fundamental knowledge of business administration with holistic industry exposure that enables the students to explore and enhance their business and leadership skills.
We work closely with our corporate community, sharing information and developing a clear understanding of their recruitment needs. We collaborate with industry through internships, projects, industrial visits, empanelling industry professionals as visiting faculty and corporate based curriculum design.This enables us to put forward industry ready recruits to local, national and international corporations.

RVS Educational Trust aims at providing quality education to youth in the fields of engineering, medicine, agriculture and management. With a foresighted vision and social responsibility, RVS Institute of Management Studies and Research was started in 1994 to meet the ever increasing demand for managers.

Class Room Environment
The classrooms are provided with LCD Projector, Integrated
Audio Visual System and suitable software, blending
technology with education. In addition, all the classrooms are
Wi-fi enabled. The high-tech environment facilitates group
learning and enables access to the world of information.
Library
RVS IMSR library has a collection of over 6500 carefully
selected titles, 120 national and international journals, and
several computer databases which are available for the
students and the faculty for expanding their horizon of
knowledge.
About THE INSTITUTION
Pedagogy
We offer industry oriented curriculum through variety of
teaching methods that includes lectures, case discussions,
seminars, presentations, team building exercises, business
games, role plays, soft skills training and field visits.
Experiential learning occurs through summer projects in
industry, business contests, guest lectures, competitive
events, student-led forums and other leadership initiatives.
Regular interface with industry professionals reinforces the
practical exposure.
Computer lab
RVS IMSR has a computer lab equipped with more than 120
desktops/workstations. All computers are inter-networked
over a fast Ethernet link. The network consists of servers
running heterogeneous operating systems, which enable
students to get exposure to multiple operating environments.
Internet facilities are available to staff and students. The
campus network is well connected with state-of the-art
technology for effective learning through internet.

Outbound Leadership Programme
Paradigm Shift an outbound leadership programme enhances
the managerial competence and leadership skills of future
managers. The students of RVS IMSR have a three day
programme at Breakthrough, Bangalore which focuses on
building leadership, team work and confidence taking new
challenges and tasks.
Placement Training
MoU has been signed with Skill Bridge, the employability
enhancement initiative from 24x7 Learning - India’s premier
Intellectual Infrastructure partner. Skill Bridge Foundation
bridges the skill gap in students and prepares them for
employment. Learning is through a blended learning
methodology that comprises of classroom training as well as
eLearning. Activity-based sessions, role-plays and
discussions makes it an interactive program. Tests and
assessments measured how much the student has learnt from
the training sessions.
Industry Readiness Programme
Sparkle is a four day programme conducted by Vertical Eye,
to mould students for placements. It is a blend of experiential
learning & simulation to enable learners of all styles and
capabilities, to participate and learn to their fullest potential.
To facilitate learning and retention, the methodologies
included are presentations, small group activities,
management games, theatre based experiential learning,
individual action planning, events -quizzes and competitions,
video / audio based content and questionnaires.

Guest Lectures
The curriculum at RVS IMSR is industry based and every course
in the programme is supplemented by a guest lectures from the
industry. The students get practical insights about the
application of theoretical concepts in organisations. The
corporate experts interact with the students and share their
experience and real time cases.
Project & Industrial Training
To bridge the gap between academia and industry and to
inculcate the culture of learning about the business, students
are engaged in projects and industrial training in various
Industrial sectors such as FMCG, OEMS, PSUS, Automotive,
Banking, Insurance, IT & ITES etc. This industrial exposure
enhances them to enrich the employability skill and makes them
ready for competitive job market.
Market Survey
RVS Institute of Management Studies and Research organizes
industry based market surveys for many organizations.
Students get an exposure on the research based activities,
analyze the attitude of the customers and submits reports to the
concerned organizations.
