MANAGER (HR)Eligibility Minimum 35 years with minimum 9 years experience in a reputed listed energy sector company.

The candidate should be at least a first class graduate and an MBAIPGDBM (HR)/MSW with an A A or its equivalent

Grade from a premier institute. He should have extensive exposure in core HR functions such as Recruitment,

Induction , Training & Development, Performance Management System and Statutory Compliances. Ability to

contr ibute to pplanning and development of a dynamic team at pplant site will be critical in optimising the HR role. He

should have good verbal and written communication skills and should be proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP

will be preferred.

MAI’4AGER/ SR. MANAGER (ACCOUNTS)Eligibility: Manager - 32-35 years wwith minimum 9 years experience in a reputed listed energy sector company.

Sr. Manager - 35-37 years with at least 12 years experience in a reputed listed energy sector company.

The incumbent must be a CA with hands on experience in Accounts and Commercial functions including excise and

taxation. He will be in-charge of day to day accounting functions, working capital , cash flows, fund raising, finalization

of accounts and taxation issues. He will also be responsible for the audit functions of the company. Knowledge of SAP

will be preferred.
