    Managed a team of PwC and client personnel with US onsite and virtual teams working from India and China. AsEngagement Director, I managed all aspects of the project including project plans preparation, addressing staffingneeds and recruitment, project execution activities, scheduling and budgeting activities, managing scope changes andchange orders. I was responsible to drive overall development, quality and timely deliverables and deploymentactivities. Led the OTC team whichgathered business requirements, performed fit-Gap analysis for SAP implementation, conducted client workshops fornew process designs, provided solutions / designed new Business Processes for end to end Order to cash processes anddelivered complete re-designed OTC business processes blueprint for this global, large consumer durables company.

    Managed the client and PwC teams that were tasked to identify and seek key decisions on new designs, identify andspecify individual RICEF-W requirements, Key Data elements, identify changes required in organization and trainingneeds for Customer Facing client's business units. Under my leadership the OTC team delivered quality designs whichalso included special business processes such as Product configuration and B2B integration with SAP ECC.Customer Relations / Order-to Cash Lead: Managed Customer Relationship (CR) / OTC team for a leading precisionequipment manufacturer company on Global SAP systems instance consolidation initiative. This initiative was taken

    by the client to consolidate two SAP systems used by their US and International business units (in Europe and Asia). Iled a team of consultants and client personnel that provided Approach, Methodology and project plans for instanceconsolidation activities; helped the client to identify various business scenarios to consolidate, identify detailedconfiguration and RICEF changes needed, identify organizational elements of change such as Training and ChangeManagement.
