Abstract:

The concept of success,which has been presented by the glorious Quran, is a

comprehensive concept. It comprises of a person's worldy life as well as the life in the

hereafter. According to the Quranic concept of success, a person who is saved from

hell and enterd the garden of paradise is successful. In the light of Quranic

commandments, it is the obligation of the state to fulfill the basic needs of its subjects

so that the socity may prosper. It is the first and foremost duty of a state to make

arrangements for clothing,food, education and employment for its people and take

steps to save them from accidents. If these basic needs are fulfilled, a socity will

become a welfare society.
