Should Cost Model

PIONNIER assists customers in determining the actual cost of manufacturing a product. This costing method is based on zero based cost analysis. Such a model is created in three different ways – based on the information available – (i) basic industry

model, (ii) process based model (iii) supplier specific model. We create accurate, robust and simple excel based should cost models to determine the most cost effective design and manufacturing process, thereby achieving significant savings during product development and negotiations with suppliers.

Gap Analysis

PIONNIER offers benchmarking services which involves looking outward (outside a particular business, organization, industry, region or country) to examine how peers achieve their performance levels and to understand the processes they use. In this way we help our clients by explaining the
