The new impulse welding device c30 from Walter Heller GMBH was developed in association with

Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik GmbH (based in Darmstadt, Germany).

This device is a further special development in the field of welding metal strain gauges to metal

construction components.

Other Applications: Measurement and control engineering, electrical engineering, pipeline construction,

automotive industry, rail car construction (or other railed vehicles), steel construction in the construction

industry, laboratories or R&D.

Of course, there are countless further applications for this innovative and adaptable device, particularly

for the smallest and most delicate bonds.

The impulse welding device c30 is small, light and above

all mobile and portable. The integrated rechargeable

battery provides the required power, so that you can

connect wherever you are without a cable and continue

working. With a fully charged battery, you can weld

3,000 40 Ws bonds. The battery can be charged

with either a 230 v network cable or a 12 v

motor cable.
