A focus on short throughput times.Our 1,500 m2 Service Centre is designed to make the time between receipt of your order and delivery of your machine as short as possible. We accelerate the process by using our own cleaning facilities and paint shops, as well as an in-house testing station. Our range of over 2,500 different standard parts is updated on a continuous basis, while a computer-guided lift system ensures that repair shops and replacement delivery centres are always outfitted with the parts they need. Concretely, this means we can supply you with blower and compressor stages in just 5 to 15 days.

Must haves: original parts.Only “Original Equipment Manufacturer” (OEM) parts can guarantee the pinpoint accuracy you need. Despite standardised terminology, there are always small differences in the manufacturing process, which in extreme cases can drastically reduce a machine’s lifespan. With OEM parts you play it safe — guaranteed.

OEM competence – with safety passport.Our service technicians bring years of knowledge and experience to the table when identifying the right solutions for the secure operation of your assemblies. They have also been certified in the current safety measures in their respective regions, helping to eliminate time-consuming, ad hoc training sessions. In Germany, for example, AERZEN service mechanics are certified as Security Certificate Contractors – a requirement in the chemical and petrochemical industries.

Ready for offshore deployment.AERZEN services have also been put to the test on drilling platforms and other offshore facilities. Specially trained experts will take care of your AERZEN assemblies, even under extreme conditions. These technicians have successfully completed basic training for safety on the high seas, as well as helicopter underwater escape training (HUET).

Acoustic optimisation.AERZEN machines run quietly. Because operational environments differ greatly however, we have acoustic specialists on hand to help identify rapid and sustainable solutions to whatever problems you may face.

Machine diagnosis.Machine diagnosis means testing the assemblies for vibration. The goal is to extend the assemblies’ run time by measuring their vibration on a regular basis. AERZEN’s alternative is to measure vibration, temperature and RPM with a mobile device, while also using an integrated system for constant online monitoring.

Aerzen Rental Division can quickly find solutions for 100% oil-free air in almost all industry sectors. Our fleet of rental machines contains a large number of blowers, turbos and compressors capable of handling a vast range of flows for all low pressure ranges (0-10 barg) and vacuum, and all ready for immediate use.
