Our love for denim embraces cotton yarn

and greige fabric as well. At Ginni, this

versatile product range is carefully

manufactured and cautiously checked to

ensure every thread weaves style, quality

and comfort, for years to come.

Each thread of the 40,000 spindles of yarn

produced at Ginni is a microcosm of our

values. We are a certified manufacturer for

Organic Cotton Yarn, Lycra Yarn, Slub Lycra,

Slub & multi count and Eli Twist Yarn.

Exported to major countries of the world, our

yarn is tested and categorized with unique

bale management software for

homogeneous mixing. The quality of the

machinery too is followed up by an online

data flow and analysis system.

Ginni’s greige fabric specializes in the

heavy canvas fabrics. We manufacture

stretch quality bottom wear fabric in various

weaves like ribstop, satin, twill & dobby and

oxford, matty etc in multi count, variable

count with Lycra. Each lot is tested before it

goes into production. Sample looms help

expedite the sampling process and the

emphasis on continuous innovation in

weaves and structured fabrics is ably

supported by unceasing quality control.

Today Ginni produces 12mn meters greige

fabric annually and continues to add

capacities.

Ginni's strength lies not only in manufacturing inventive denim but

also manufacturing its own cotton yarn. From yarn to finished

product, we passionately ensure complete quality control at all

stages. The R&D lab for yarn inspection, a dyeing lab with online

control of dyeing shed and a physical lab for testing finished

fabrics string together excellence for every weave. As a wonder

weave, denim by Ginni is ruggedly qualified to age beautifully

and gracefully. Today Ginni produces 20mn meters of denim

fabric annually and is growing in capacities as the demand soars.
