Page 27: PGA309 EVM Multi-Cal-Tools-V1.6a User’s Guide

c) Software configuration:• Press “Continue” to do the calibration• Below result was tested with TH1961 (with USB-232 rather than GPIB).

27

Page 28: PGA309 EVM Multi-Cal-Tools-V1.6a User’s Guide

c) Software configuration:• The other thing you need to pay more attention is “Address of TH1961”,• The current address of TH1961 we used is “COM 6”. • You need to change it in DMM script file.

• Detailed step is in the below slides:

28

Page 29: PGA309 EVM Multi-Cal-Tools-V1.6a User’s Guide

c) Software configuration:• How to create a new model file to match the address of TH1961.

29

Page 30: PGA309 EVM Multi-Cal-Tools-V1.6a User’s Guide

c) Software configuration:• Take voltage output as an example:• Select “4wire_4p096_diode_USB.txt”

30

Page 31: PGA309 EVM Multi-Cal-Tools-V1.6a User’s Guide

c) Software configuration:• Take voltage output as an example:• Press “Edit DMM Script” and select “Voltage_TH1961_USB.txt”

31

Page 32: PGA309 EVM Multi-Cal-Tools-V1.6a User’s Guide

c) Software configuration:• Take voltage output as an example:• Change the COM port in the open script file. Make sure it is the same as your

Multimeter(TH1961) address.

32
