List of Documents
1 School leaving Certificate/ Proof of Birth Place if not mentioned in School Leaving Certificate (Birth Certificate)
2 Caste Certificate for SC/ST/SEBC (English and Gujarati Both)
3Non Creamy layer Certificate for current financial year issued on or after 1st April 2013 from the competent authority as prescribed by the Govt. of Gujarat for SEBC. (English and Gujarati Both)
4No Objection Certificate from competent authority for Medical Officer in the Government Services applying for 50% reserved P.G. Diploma Courses including that he/she has served for at least three years in remote and difficult areas
5 Certificate of Internship completion & it shall mention date of completion of internship.
6 Mark Sheet of I MBBS with all attempt7 Mark Sheet of II MBBS with all attempt8 Mark Sheet of IIIMBBS with all attempt
9Document from the respective University mentioning separate External passing marks for 1st, 2nd & 3rd MBBS subjects. It must show the total external marks of those subjects.
10 Attempts Certificates of I, II, III MBBS11 Certificate of registration with Gujarat Medical Council or Medical Council of India.12 Certificate of completion of P.G.Course, If Applicable
PG Admission Process
Original Document verification at Examination Hall (Ground Floor)
Presence at Counseling Room (1st Floor)
Admission at MCQ Lab (1st Floor)
Collection of Provisional Admission receipt
Payment of Fees and collection of Fee Receipt (Ground Floor – Bank counter)
P.G. Teacher Allocation and Collection of Final Admission Order in afternoon at 2:00 pm
Examination Hall
• Original documents will be verified and collected at the Examination hall (Ground Floor).
• You will be called by your General/Combined Merit No. • Once your original documents are verified and collected you will
instructed to proceed for the counseling room at the 1st floor.• Until then you have to remain seated in the Examination Hall.
Counseling room (1st floor)
• Mark your presence• Collect option form• Attach to Gujarat University admission form• Make a queue according to your merit no.
• Branch Name,College Name and the Signature to be done once the admission in confirmed in the MCQ Lab.
• If you don’t select from the available branch then you have to sign in the column at the bottom.
MCQ Lab
1. Enter your Combined Merit No. and then click on “Go”
2. Then in the Box of “Select Branch Type” 3 options will appear as below
• Clinical• Para-clinical• Diploma
3. On selecting any 1 from above, list of the respective branches will appear as shown in the next slide.

Admission will be allotted only when “ 1” is displayed in
this box.
• Once you select the branch, the college with the available seats will be displayed above as shown here.• Click on the desired college
Once you select the branch and the college
you will asked for verification of details
and confirmation and only after clicking
“Confirm” your admission will be final.
Once you click “Confirm” above box will appear andYou will be given “ Provisional Admission Receipt” as shown
In the next slide.
Once you receive above receipt you have to proceed for the “Fees Payment” and collection of the Fee receipt which is needed to be produced during the Teacher
Allocation Process. “Final Admission Order” will be given during Teacher Allocation Process.
