treatment of overweight and obesity”. The guidelines focused on the role of the
Primary Care Practitioner in treating and referring overweight and obese patients. As
a Board member of EMASO and in collaboration with Bariatricians, Internal
Medicine Specialists, Surgeons and Public Health Specialist from fourteen
governorates.
