using PMU following reconstructive surgery. As a result of chemotherapy, a patient can lose
eyebrows and eyelashes, but through timely anticipation, you can make the difficult period much
more bearable for the patient.
Presentation 8 how to enter the medical market
Alongside the cosmetic uses for permanent make-up, permanent make-up is also particularly
suitable for medical purposes. Not only for breast reconstructions, but also for the treatment
of scars or correcting schisis (cleft lip). This presentation outlines which steps you can take
to move into medical pigmentation, either to work in hospitals or through referrals from the
hospital to you, the permanent make-up specialist.
Presentation 9 Photography: how to make the perfect portfolio
A picture is worth a thousand words: before a client decides to have permanent make-up
applied, she first wants to see the permanent make-up specialist’s work. It is important to
have a good portfolio with before and after photos and clear photos on your website. During
the presentation you will learn what you need to consider when taking photos, how to take
good photos and tips & tricks for lighting, distance and camera focus. In addition, this will

every woman look unique, young and beautiful. This presentation teaches measuring, drawing
and other approaches to successfully create the perfect brows. Precise methods of corrective
and other advanced enhancement techniques increase your customer satisfaction and profits,
with valuable information about facial zones, face shapes and eyebrow analysis.

permanent make-up can help with that. In this presentation the difference between permanent
make-up for men and women is explained, which treatments you can provide for men, men’s
eyebrows, enhancing the look and pigmentation of bald patches in beard growth. You will also

are available for breast reconstruction and when is each method used. Following breast
reconstruction the patient will have breasts, but often without any areola. There will then follow
a discussion regarding how permanent make-up can be applied to complete the breast and an
explanation as to how a new areola can be created, for example.
Presentation 13 colour correct
Permanent make-up is safe and very little can go wrong. But it is still possible to have clients in
your practice that are not completely satisfied with their permanent make-up, which means
a correction needs to be carried out. In the Color Correct presentation you will be given
an explanation as to how you can remove the pigment from the skin, how you can solve
problems and which permanent make-up you can and can’t remove.
Presentation 14 Plastic surgery and permanent make-up
Following this presentation you will know how permanent make-up can compliment plastic
surgery, how you can camouflage plastic surgery scars, what is possible to achieve with
permanent make-up before or after surgery and you will learn to assess the consequences of
plastic surgery on permanent make-up that has already been applied. Permanent make-up can be
a fantastic supplement to plastic or reconstructive surgery.
Presentation 15 Fillers & botuline toxine (botox)
The aim of permanent make-up is to enhance natural beauty. There are also other methods
for improving the way you look, such as injecting Botox or fillers. This presentation will explain
the difference between Botox and fillers, what both methods can and can’t do, and what you
should be aware of when applying permanent make-up on clients who also have or would like
to have cosmetic injections.
demonstration 1 Asian Art of brows
Alongside permanent make-up it is also possible to apply hair stroke eyebrows using razor
blades. Wayne Shi from China is the leading expert for the razor blade technique. In the
demonstration you can see for yourself how this technique is carried out and what results
you can achieve with the razor blade technique.
demonstration 2 Areola Pigmentation
The pigmentation of the areola following breast reconstruction is the finishing touch that
helps the patient to feel completely whole again. The areola is applied using a 3-dimensional
technique which makes the new areola look extremely natural.
demonstration 3 hair stroke 3d
You can create the most beautiful eyebrows with the hair stroke technique, where each
individual hair is pigmented in the skin. By working with different pigment tints it is almost
impossible to distinguish the pigmented eyebrow from a real eyebrow.
demonstration 4 Advanced eyeliner
A designer eyeliner is much more advanced than a regular eyeliner. This can be combined
with working in duo-tone with 2 colours or by shading to create a smokey eyeliner.
demonstration 5 Permanent make-up for men
Permanent make-up for men has to fulfil different requirements. In this demonstration you
can see how a man’s eyes can be made more expressive in a very natural way and how
eyebrows can be made fuller, without the outside world noticing that it is permanent make-
up.
demonstration 6 shaded lip liner
Lip liner is completely back in fashion again. Today lip definition is increased using a very
subtle liner which is then blended softly into the lip area. This treatment is carried out using
a 3-point sloped needle.
Presentation 16 colour theory and mixing pigments
Choosing the right colour for your client is not always simple. The colour of the hair,
eyes and skin plays an important role. In addition, you have to take into account the cool
or warm undertone of the skin and select your pigment accordingly. Moreover, you can
create a custom-made colour to suit your client by mixing various pigments. What you
should look out for and how to create new colours will be clearly explained in detail.
Presentation 17 meta therapy
Meta therapy is an entirely new practice in the beauty industry. This ‘face-lift alternative’ is a
newcomer in the field of invasive treatments. The presentation will discuss the possibilities
and results offered by Meta Therapy. What does it do to the skin, how does the Meta
Therapy treatment work, how can you use this method successfully in your salon and what
are the profit margins? Sign up for this presentation if you would like to expand your business
and increase your success.
Presentation 18 hygiene in the salon
Permanent make-up is a treatment where the skin is penetrated by needles, which can
sometimes leave the skin open to infections. Moreover, the treatment can sometimes
cause bleeding, so very good work hygiene standards are particularly important to protect
yourself and your client and in order to prevent the transmission of diseases. Work hygiene
standards and an overview of blood-borne pathogens provide clarity regarding the safest
working methods.
Presentation 19 New developments
The world of permanent make-up is constantly evolving and new developments and
innovations are announced in quick succession. If you would like to be brought completely
up-to-date on the latest developments in the area of permanent make-up equipment, hand
pieces, needle cartridges and pigments, then this lecture is an absolute must.
Presentation 20 brows: the Oriental way
With oriental looks there are a number of other aspects to be considered when applying
eyebrows. The face shapes, eyes and eyebrow shapes are different to those with Western
looks. When it comes to eyebrows, Wayne Shi is the leading, most prestigious expert in
China. His unique method and insights will enrich your knowledge of eyebrows for oriental
looks.

demonstration 7 hairstroke with slope needle
Pale or faded lips can be beautifully shaped once more by colouring them completely
using the full lips technique. This could be in a very natural colour, or equally in an
expressive colour. This treatment is carried out using a 5-point sloped needle.
demonstration 8 meta therapy
With Meta Therapy you can carry out skin rejuvenation, skin improvement, anti-aging and
wrinkle treatments in your salon. With this treatment the natural production of collagen
and elastine is self-stimulated by the skin and active ingredients are injected into the skin.
A unique treatment for every salon.
demonstration 9 Injections with fillers
Learn how injections with Botuline Toxine (Botox) and fillers work, in this fascinating
