Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MoPA) promotes and develops education for United Arab Emirates, aiming to provide world-class education system. It also strives to provide students with quality education that enhances their skills, helps them fully utilize their potentials & capabilities, and provides qualified students with affordable access to higher education. MoPA Research & Studies Division works for developing & implementing higher education strategy; it supports linkages between academia & economy in providing student career guidance and scholarship. MoPA scholarship unit designs scholarship projects for students and creates Scholarship candidate selection framework. It also promotes and encourages students to pursue higher education careers abroad. Research & Studies Division at MoPA develops higher education policies, guidelines and regulations. MoPA being a government body strives in maximizing student learning which would help to achieve socio-economic goals of United Arab Emirates. In the process of developing education & enhancing student skills MoPA Scholarship Unit sponsors qualified students who satisfy the requisite criteria.
