Sunday: Children’s Ministry• Children’s Ministry - CHILDREN’S/FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP

PASTOR

Are you passionate about equipping children to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ? Southeast Oldham Campus needs someone to launch a strategic two-fold initiative to aid in the discipleship of the next generation. Your primary responsibilities would be to 1) train and equip parents to disciple their children at home and 2) come alongside families to develop a community of Christ-following children who gather weekly for worship, prayer, and equipping—preparing them to live out the great commission in their everyday lives. You would also oversee a team of gifted lay leaders who help facilitate a) children’s worship for grades K-4 and b) Christ-centered childcare for birth through preschool. We are seeking a humble, team player who is gifted in the oversight of Children’s Ministry as well as recruiting and shepherding others who are passionate about working with children. A strong work ethic is a must. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years Children’s Ministry experience with a proven track record of effective leadership within the body of Christ.
